The Kormoran Resort & SPA Hotel is located at the suburbs of Sulęcin, 2.5 km from the town centre. In the area of 80 hectares, among water basins, the Postomia river, mixed forests, greenery and quiet, you will find perfect peaceful place for rest and relaxation.

One of attractions in our Hotel is an illuminated fountain on one of ponds, where water gushes out from eight different places up to 20 meters over the pond water level.
It looks most wonderful at night. The fountain is open in summer from 10:00 till 23:00 and is activated every hour. All water basins are supplied solely with clean ground water.
We offer you 250 beds in summer and 150 beds in winter, including full furnishing and equipment, as well as sanitary premises.
The Kormoran Resort & SPA Hotel offers five separate air-conditioned and fully ventilated conference rooms with audio-visual and media equipment.
Visit our two-level Tawerna Restaurant with bar and cuisine offering a wide assortment of meals. In the restaurant there are also two terraces (at the ground floor and floor 1).
Next to Tawerna, there is an outdoor terrace with a view of the ponds and surrounding forests.
If requested, we can adjust all rooms of various sizes to hold wedding, jubilee, birthday, name day, family parties, as well as funeral receptions, proms, class meetings, and any other occasional events for up to 500 people.
We are able to provide a musical setting for each event from a meeting of friends through to a large outdoor event for up to 2000 people.
